SB 1111 Distribution of Lottery Fund.

SUMMARY:

Lottery Fund. Requires 10 percent of the lottery revenues to be distributed from the general fund to local governments based on the percentage of lottery tickets sold within each locality beginning in fiscal year 1996-97. The percentage of lottery revenues distributed to local governments will increase by five percent each year until 30 percent of such revenues are distributed to localities.
