SUMMARY:
Motor vehicle insurance; medical expense and loss of income benefits. Prohibits the denial of medical expense and loss of income benefits to firefighters and law-enforcement officers under their policies of motor vehicle insurance solely because they are occupying public safety motor vehicles furnished to them for their regular use. This prohibition is operative whenever such firefighters and law-enforcement officers are not eligible for benefits under the Virginia Workers' Compensation Act.
