SUMMARY:

Virginia Veterans Cemetery Board. Creates the Virginia Veterans Cemetery Board to advise and make recommendations to the Department of Veterans' Affairs regarding the control and operation of such veterans' cemeteries as may be established in the Commonwealth. The Board shall consist of five legislators appointed from their respective houses, and five citizens appointed by the Governor.
