SUMMARY:
Penalty exemption for proper use of pesticides. Exempts persons who use pesticides in a manner consistent with label instructions and Pesticide Control Board regulations from penalties found in the State Water Control Law, the Virginia Pesticide Control Act, and the state's air pollution laws for environmental contamination.
