SUMMARY:
Certificates of public need. Defines “inoperable or otherwise in need of replacement” for purposes of regulations relating to approval of equipment replacement. This term will mean unsuccessful diagnosis and repair of equipment following two or more weeks of effort resulting in cancellation of patients' appointments or three or more failures of equipment to operate resulting in cancellation of patients' appointments.
