SB 1053 DUI fees.

SUMMARY:

DUI fees. Creates a $25 fee assessed as part of court costs for anyone who is given a breath test and is subsequently convicted of DUI or a violation of the “zero tolerance” law. The fee shall be paid into the general fund of the state treasury.
