SB 1043 Imitation firearms.

SUMMARY:

Imitation firearms. Makes it a Class 3 misdemeanor to sell or give any replica of a firearm that is so substantially similar to an existing firearm as to lead a reasonable person to conclude that the replica is a firearm. Exceptions are provided for cap pistols, antique firearms, BB guns, and devices sold for lawful use in theatrical or athletic events or for public display.
