SUMMARY:
Professional counseling and marriage and family therapists. Amends the statutes establishing licensure of professional counselors to require licensure of marriage and family therapists. The board's membership is revised to include, through attrition and replacement over time, some marriage and family therapy members; the board's powers and duties are appropriately revised to include marriage and family therapists; and requirements for licensure by endorsement are included.
