SUMMARY:

Real Estate Board. Permits persons licensed by the Board to incorporate or to form limited liability companies. The bill also requires that every member or officer of a partnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation who actively participates in its brokerage business hold a license as a real estate broker, and that every employee and every independent contractor who acts as a salesperson for such partnership, association, limited liability company, or corporation hold a license as a real estate salesperson.
