SUMMARY:

Commercial mobile service; special kinds of business. Provides that a person authorized by the Federal Communications Commission to furnish commercial mobile service is not required to incorporate as a public service company regardless of whether such person may be classified elsewhere in the Code as a public service company. The bill also repeals provisions in Title 56 governing radio common carriers and cellular mobile radio communications carriers.
