SUMMARY:
Constitutional amendment; General Assembly; sessions and recesses. Authorizes the General Assembly to recess for one or more periods, not exceeding 21 days in total, during any regular session. The time in recess would be in addition to the 60 days and 30 days allowed for regular even-numbered year and odd-numbered year sessions. Two-thirds of the members elected to each house must agree to any recess which prolongs the session.
