Constitutional amendment; legislative sessions. Limits what types of bills may be considered by the General Assembly at its odd-numbered year session. Only bills relating to appropriations, revenue, redistricting, or reapportionment, or introduced at the Governor's request or with a three-fourths vote, may be considered.
