Study; Needs of the Foreign-Born. Continues the Joint Subcommittee Studying the Needs of Foreign-Born Individuals in the Commonwealth to specifically receive and act upon a continuing study by the Judicial Council on providing language interpreters in civil cases in the Commonwealth.
