SUMMARY:
Federal courts and taxation. Memorializes the Congress to propose and submit to the states for ratification an amendment to the Constitution of the United States that would prohibit federal courts from levying or increasing taxes. The resolution also encourages other states to urge Congress to pass the constitutional amendment.
