SUMMARY:
Memorializing Congress; concurrent payment of full retirement pay and service-connected disability compensation. Memorializes the Congress to amend Chapter 71 of the United States Code to allow military retirees to receive service-connected disability benefits without offsetting any longevity retirement payments for which such retirees are otherwise eligible.
