SUMMARY:
Tax on video game machines in arcades. Requests the Department of Taxation to study the ramifications of imposing a tax on video game machines in arcades and report its findings to the Governor and the 1996 Session of the General Assembly. The Department may seek assistance from the Commission on Youth and Family Services.
