SUMMARY:
Advanced information and communications technologies. Establishes a study commission to develop recommendations aimed at placing the Commonwealth at the forefront of communications and information technology. The commission will study opportunities for the deployment of communications technology in such areas as economic development, education, health care, crime control and prevention, and public administration.
