Study; health care cost and quality initiatives. Requests the Joint Commission on Health Care to evaluate the organization and effectiveness of Virginia's health care cost and quality initiatives, including the current Virginia Health Services Cost Review Council and the Virginia Patient Level Data Base. This is a recommendation of the Joint Commission on Health Care.
