SUMMARY:

Agency Pollution Prevention Planning. Requests that the agencies of the Commonwealth engage in pollution prevention planning. Agencies which use more than a minimal amount of a toxic or hazardous substance are requested to review and amend their activities to reduce the use, generation, and release of such substances. The agencies are also requested to submit a pollution prevention plan to the Department of Environmental Quality.
