SUMMARY:

Preneed funeral contracts; deposit of trust principal in Virginia financial institutions. Requires that all sums paid to purchase preneed funeral contracts denominated as trust agreements or funeral trusts, or otherwise using the term "trust" to connote the creation of a trust, must be deposited in a trust account in a Virginia financial institution.
