SUMMARY:

Property and conveyances; Condominium Act; lien for assessments. Changes the priority of liens for unpaid assessments on condominium units. Currently, such liens are not prior to first mortgages or first deeds of trust securing an institutional lender. The bill provides that such liens are not prior to any mortgages or deeds of trust.
