SUMMARY:
Accident and sickness insurance; small and primary small employer markets. Removes from provisions relating to the 2-50 group health insurance market the requirement that insurers, health services plans and health maintenance organizations be subject to provisions therein if an employer in such market (covered by the policy, plan or contract) has permitted a payroll deduction for the covered individuals or paid any portion of their premium.
