SUMMARY:
Workers' Compensation; heart and hypertension presumption. Adds special agents of the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to the groups of law-enforcement officers and firefighters who are entitled to a rebuttable presumption that disability from hypertension or heart disease arose out of their employment.
