SUMMARY:
Crimes and offenses; bingo and raffles. Authorizes qualified organizations using pull-tab devices as part of a raffle to sell such devices on the premises owned or leased by the organization. The bill also removes the restriction that such devices be sold when the premises are not open to the public. Currently, the sale of pull-tab devices as part of a raffle is limited to (i) the premises owned or exclusively leased by a qualified organization and (ii) such premises when they are not open to the public, except for members and their guests.
