SUMMARY:
Jail for DUI offenses. Mandates the following jail confinements for DUI offenses with high blood alcohol readings:
1. 1st DUI offense with blood alcohol level of 0.20 through 0.25 -- 5 days;
2. 1st DUI offense with blood alcohol level of more than 0.25 -- 10 days;
3. Any second DUI offense with blood alcohol level of 0.20 through 0.25 -- 10 days;
4. Any second DUI offense with blood alcohol level of more than 0.25 -- 20 days;
5. Any third or subsequent DUI offense with blood alcohol level of 0.20 through 0.25 -- 10 days;
6. Any third or subsequent DUI offense with blood alcohol level of more than 0.25 -- 20 days.
