Introduced by: John J. Davies III | all patrons ... notes | add to my profiles
SUMMARY:
Medical malpractice. Clarifies that the substantive provisions of the medical malpractice review panel provision apply to malpractice actions filed in federal courts. As a result of changes made last year, the Supreme Court has taken the position that a panel cannot be appointed when the action is pending in federal court.
