SUMMARY:
Free tuition and required fees for certain persons. Provides free tuition and required fees to combat veterans who obtain verification of the combat service, were citizens of Virginia at the time of the combat, and have been offered admission to a public institution of higher education in Virginia. The institutions will waive and absorb the tuition and required fees for eligible individuals, and no appropriations will be required.
