SUMMARY:
Contemporaneous objection. Codifies and clarifies the contemporaneous objection rule to prohibit reversal on appeal, absent a contemporaneous objection to the trial court's ruling, except where the record affirmatively establishes that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction or to prevent a miscarriage of justice.
