SUMMARY:

Sales and use tax; ABC products. Provides for the return of revenue generated by application of the sales and use tax to alcoholic beverages to the localities by repealing the second enactment of Chapter 314 of the 1992 Acts of Assembly. Under current law, such revenue is deposited into the general fund and used to support the Medicaid program.
