SUMMARY:
Professions and occupations; real estate appraisers. Grants an exemption for the licensing requirements for any person who makes an appraisal for parties involved in litigation, provided the court where the litigation is pending finds such person qualified as an expert witness to make the appraisal under the rules of evidence of the Commonwealth.
