Sales and use tax exemption for Special Olympics. Grants a sales and use tax exemption for an organization exempt from taxation under § 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code and organized primarily to provide and promote physical education, athletic competition and recreation programs for mentally retarded persons.
