SUMMARY:
Commercial and industrial sales and use tax exemptions. Exempts from retail sales and use tax raw materials, fuel, power, energy, supplies and machinery used directly in the exploration, extraction, mining or processing of natural gas or oil. This exemption is included in the Amendment in the Nature of a Substitute for House Bill 20.
