SUMMARY:

Impact fees for roads, schools and public safety improvements. Expands the article that currently gives certain Northern Virginia localities the authority to impose impact fees for road construction and expansion to include Fauquier County (described by population). The bill also provides for the imposition of impact fees on new development for school and public safety facility improvements attributable to such development.
