SUMMARY:
Notice of hearing on forfeiture request. Requires the Commonwealth to give notice of a hearing on a forfeiture request to all parties within 30 days of the failure of a person under recognizance in a criminal case to appear as a party or a witness. Currently, only "reasonable notice" is required.
