SUMMARY:
Coalfield Economic Development Authority. Makes technical amendments that will permit the Authority to finance improvements at the Breaks Interstate Park. Other changes include increasing membership on the board from 15 to 18 members with three at-large members to be appointed by the boards of supervisors of the counties which are the largest contributors to the Authority, as well as numerous other modifications of the procedures for appointing members of the Authority. The executive director of the Authority shall serve as a nonvoting member of the Tourism Development Authority.
