SUMMARY:

Virginia Natural Gas Employment and Production Incentive Tax Credit. Provide a tax credit for taxpayers engaged in the production of natural gas in the Commonwealth. The credit is allocated against the taxpayer's estimated payments made for the third and fourth quarters and the final payment. The credit is available for taxable years beginning on and after January 1, 1994.
