SUMMARY:
Tax credit for employers providing day care facilities near the work site. Provides a tax credit for employers who provide day care facilities near the work site for children of employees, regardless of whether a fee is charged for such services. The amount of the credit is $300 per enrolled child in the first year the credit is claimed; in subsequent years, the credit is $100 per enrolled child.
