SUMMARY:
Certificates of analysis. Eliminates the requirement that a certificate of analysis be delivered to counsel for the accused, upon request, at least seven days prior to trial as a condition for admitting the certificate as evidence. The requirement that it be provided to the Commonwealth's attorney at least seven days before trial remains.
