SUMMARY:
Child protective services. Provides that parties to an administrative appeal regarding a founded disposition of child abuse and neglect may petition the juvenile and domestic relations district court, (or the family court in the event it is established) to compel the production of documents relating to the case and the attendance of witnesses.
