SUMMARY:

Virginia Retirement System; conversion of life insurance to a health insurance account. Permits the conversation, by eligible state retirees, of the present value of their life insurance policies to health insurance accounts to pay the monthly health insurance premium for the state health insurance plan or the cost of long-term health care.
