SUMMARY:

Distribution of State Lottery Fund. Requires one-third of the profits generated from state lottery sales to be distributed to the localities. One-half of the localities' distribution shall be based on the localities' annual lottery sales. The remaining half shall be based on the school-age population in each locality. The amount distributed shall be used for capital outlay projects, including the repayment of debt incurred on any such project.
