SUMMARY:

Notice of juvenile arrest. Modifies provisions enacted in 1993 to require the intake officer to notify the division superintendent whenever a juvenile is arrested for weapons or drug offenses, homicide, assaults, woundings, burglary or arson. Currently, notice may be given only upon adjudication of delinquency for these offenses.
