SUMMARY:
Local consumer utility taxes. Exempts any town which (i) formerly provided water and sewer services but currently has those services provided pursuant to an agreement with the county in which the town is located, (ii) provides police or fire protection, and (iii) imposes a utility tax, from the utility tax imposed by the county.
