SUMMARY:
Toilet Facilities Access Act. Creates the Toilet Facilities Access Act which requires merchants, upon request of a customer and where a public restroom is not readily available, to allow access to the toilet facility used by employees. The bill defines “customer” as an individual who suffers from Crohn's Disease, ulcerative colitis, or other inflammatory bowel disease, or who utilizes an ostomy device. “Merchant” is also defined in the bill.
