Virginia State Bar. Clarifies that (i) the Virginia State Bar's purpose is to investigate and report violations of rules and regulations governing the licensure of attorneys and the practice of law as authorized under existing law and (ii) no authority exists in the Code for duties or activities unrelated to violations of the Code of Professional Responsibility.
