SUMMARY:
Medical records copy fees. Specifies that, except for copies of x-rays, the “reasonable charges” for copies of medical records from a micrographic process which are to be used in a civil case may not exceed $1 per page plus postage and shipping and a $10 fee for searching and handling. The fees for paper copies remain the same ( 50 cents per page for up to 50 pages and 25 cents per page thereafter).
