SUMMARY:

Alcoholic beverage control; suspension of licenses. Authorizes the ABC Board to suspend or revoke a license when the licensee has failed to pay the food and beverage tax imposed pursuant to § 58.1-3833 and such tax is in excess of 90 days in arrears, as reported to the ABC Board by the local treasurer or commissioner of the revenue.
