SUMMARY:
Trespass. Authorizes any law-enforcement officer to remove from a premises any person trespassing thereon upon specific identification of such person as a trespasser by the owner or person lawfully in charge of the premises if the defender has previously been forbidden to go upon or remain on the premises.
