SUMMARY:
Fireworks. Permits sale, distribution and use of certain class “C” fireworks as determined by regulation of the United States Department of Transportation when authorized by local ordinance. The ordinance must provide for a license with annual fees for use by either the local fire official or the State Fire Marshall in the enforcement of the Fire Prevention Code. Additional restrictions are also applicable to the sale and use of such fireworks.
