SUMMARY:

Virginia Strategic Planning Act. Establishes a state strategic planning process; designates the Governor as the state's chief planning officer; creates a Virginia Strategic Planning Advisory Council; and requires the Governor to prepare and implement the strategic plan in consultation with the Council to improve planning and coordination among state agencies.
